Privacy Choices
The controls available for information used by Mindtote. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete details.
Optional AI processing
In Mindtote, open Settings and turn AI features off. Nothing new will be sent to OpenAI after the change, although it cannot recall information already processed. Dictation and the calendar continue with simpler on-device behavior.
Calendar, microphone, speech, and location
Manage these permissions in iOS Settings for Mindtote. Calendar and location are optional. Turning off microphone or speech access prevents voice dictation, but tasks can still be typed.
Access, correction, deletion, and appeals
Email support@mindtote.app to request access to, correction of, a portable copy of, or deletion of account information, or to appeal a denied privacy request where that right applies. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority.
Delete your account
In Mindtote, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes the active server account record, clears saved sign-in credentials and Mindtote data from that device, and revokes Apple authorization when you signed in with Apple. Deleting the app alone does not delete the server account. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Advertising and tracking
Mindtote does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. There is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to exercise.
