Who it’s for
Anyone with more to do than time to type it out. Founders running back-to-back calls. Students juggling classes and shifts. Parents whose week belongs mostly to other people. Anyone who has opened a to-do app, typed three things, and never gone back.
You don’t need a packed calendar to start. Say one thing out loud and it’s on your day — everything after that is the same gesture.
What it costs
Mindtote is a yearly subscription. The App Store shows your local price and any introductory offer you are eligible for before you subscribe. You can manage or cancel it in App Store settings.
What it does with your data
Your tasks and calendar preferences are stored on your device, and the app reads calendars available there. With your permission, Mindtote sends the text of what you dictate, and your calendar event titles and all-day status, through its backend to OpenAI to provide AI features. Recordings are never sent. You can turn AI sharing off in Settings. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
